Here are my thoughts on Clare Morrall's new dystopian novel, When the Floods Came, for the Spectator.
A splendid time was had by all at the launch of Structo magazine issue 15, at the Albion Beatnik bookshop in Oxford on Saturday night. I read, alongside contributors who included short story writers Paula Hunter and Dan Micklethwaite. Here's editing supremo Euan Monaghan introducing Paula (and the event) below:
